Our founder, Laura Ward, started with Hispano Consulting and then expanded the project to support our community better by starting this non-profit. This way, she could attend the needs of the hispanic people all over the US with deep, comprehensive support for the community. After formalizing R.I.S.E. (Resilient Immigration and Support for Everyone) as the Non-Profit that we have today, our office started to grow and grow until we reached where we are today.

RISE Immigration Services is a specialized consulting firm; we are not a law firm, and our director, Laura Ward, is not a licensed attorney. To ensure absolute protection for your case, our office does not provide independent legal representation. Instead, our highly trained consultants prepare all applications under the direct oversight, review, and formal submission of independent, licensed immigration counsel, including Attorney Kimberly Baker Medina and Attorney Dionnie Wynter Pfunde. All formal legal appearances and representation before federal authorities are executed by these licensed attorneys under their official bar credentials.
"Hispanos Exitosos" is a legally protected, federally registered trademark owned and operated under our corporate umbrella to deliver authorized consulting, educational resources, and professional support services to the Hispanic community.
Our organization operates via a private consulting and attorney-partnership framework. We do not participate in, nor do we claim to hold independent credentials under the Department of Justice (DOJ) Recognition and Accreditation Program, which is reserved exclusively for 501(c)(3) non-profit entities. By channeling our cases directly through actively licensed immigration lawyers, we ensure every client receives elite, verified legal backing.
