IMMIGRATION SERVICES
We believe that no one should have to navigate the U.S. immigration system alone, even when they cannot afford an attorney. Our pro bono program connects eligible individuals from the Hispanic community with experienced immigration experts who supervise each case and determine who receives free legal support.
HOW OUR PRO BONO PROGRAM WORKS
We keep the process simple and respectful of your time and needs.
COMPLETE OUR INTAKE QUESTIONNAIRE
The form is entirely in Spanish, created specifically for our Hispanic community. It asks about your immigration history, family situation, and current needs.
EXPERTS REVIEW YOUR INFORMATION
Our team collects responses from the Form and shares them with our supervising immigration expert Dionnie Wynter Pfunde.
WE CONTACT YOU IF YOUR CASE IS SELECTED
Though we encourage everyone who needs it to apply, not every case is selected. If you're one of them, we will contact you directly with next steps and the appropriate legal guidance.
Please note: Submitting the form does not guarantee free services.
Due to limited resources, only a portion of applicants can be accepted. However, everyone who applies may receive a referral to low-cost or community resources when possible.

RISE is a referral nonprofit. We do not provide direct legal representation ourselves. We collect your data and hand it over to supervising legal experts who control the final decision.
- The questionnaire is in Spanish only. If you need assistance filling it out, you can ask a family member or trusted community volunteer for help.
